Activate and manage a Microsoft Marketplace plan

Before you start

Use the Microsoft Marketplace account authorized to purchase for your organization. You also need owner or administrator access to the BlinkHost workspace that should receive the plan.

Activate the plan

1. Complete the order in Microsoft Marketplace and continue to BlinkHost.
2. Sign in with an existing BlinkHost account or create one.
3. Choose the workspace that should receive the plan.
4. Select Activate plan. BlinkHost checks the subscription with Microsoft before changing access.

The purchase can be connected once. Contact billing@blinkhost.me before activation if you are unsure which workspace should own it.

Billing and plan changes

Microsoft provides the Marketplace invoice and controls its payment method, taxes, cancellation process and eligible refund route. BlinkHost shows the product plan and included capacity after Microsoft confirms the subscription. BlinkHost verifies plan, quantity, suspension, reinstatement and cancellation updates with Microsoft before changing access.

When a change is delayed

Do not buy the same plan again. Confirm the subscription status in Microsoft Marketplace, then refresh BlinkHost Billing. If the states still differ, contact billing support with your workspace name, Marketplace subscription identifier and the time observed. Do not send a purchase token, password or payment credentials.
