Deploy your first BlinkHost project

Create a project, verify it in the browser, and promote one immutable production release.

Last updated 2026-08-07

What you'll achieve

  • Reach a healthy browser preview
  • Create a traceable production release
  • Verify the exact release that is serving traffic

Before you start

Sign in, verify your email, and select the workspace that should own the project. Use desktop Chrome or Edge for the browser IDE. The safest first project uses the Vanilla HTML template; framework templates display their own availability status.

Create and preview

  1. Open the dashboard and choose Create Project.
  2. Enter a project name and an available subdomain.
  3. Open Frontend, choose a template, and wait for Preview Ready.
  4. Change the starter content and confirm the change in preview.

Deploy and verify

Choose Deploy once. Open Deployments and wait for the immutable deployment to become Active. Open the production URL, then compare its release information with the deployment detail page.

An accepted upload is not a successful release. Success means the deployment is Active, the production page responds, and the release metadata matches.

If it fails

Open the deployment logs and keep the visible release ID and UTC time. Fix the reported build or runtime problem before submitting a new deployment. Do not repeatedly submit the same failed upload.
